Bodywork for women who never switch off
I relax the nervous system first. Focus and clarity come after.
Massage, chi kung and rituals, built around what your body asks for.
You're doing a thousand things at once and can't settle on one.
It isn't a discipline problem. It's a body that never quite lands. You've probably tried to fix this already: massages and appointments that never reached the root, and you left the way you came in. What that cost wasn't only money. It was the time you spent living close to the edge.
You booked two things for the same hour. Again.
You forgot something that actually mattered.
You're constantly anxious or on edge, without quite knowing why.
I'd rather tell you now if this isn't for you.
It's for you if…
- you tend toward hyperactivity or trouble concentrating.
- you feel everything louder than the people around you.
- you've left a massage tenser than you went in.
- you want to understand your body, not just switch it off.
- you're constantly anxious or on edge, for no clear reason.
It might not be for you if…
- you want an hour of massage and nothing after it.
- you need to be told how many sessions this will take.
- you're expecting a miracle, and I don't do miracles.
Ritual Union: I add stimulation before I take it away.
Ritual Union is the name for this: massage, sound, oracles, smoke and presence practices, brought together into one session built around whoever walks in.
Telling a body that's already full of input to calm down is the fastest way to put it on guard
. It was the biggest insight I got from working with neurodivergent people. So I go the other way: sound, touch, scent, conversation, until your body recognises where it is. Only then do I start taking it away, one piece at a time, at the pace your body can take. That's when it gives in, and many fall asleep. That's where the focus comes from, never before. No two sessions carry the same pieces, and none of it has to be solemn to go deep.
It starts before you arrive and ends two days later.
- Days before you get the seven-hour playlist I use in sessions.
- At the door tea, a foot soak and a little talking, so the problems stay outside.
- Half an hour to two hours whatever that day calls for, ending in a meditation organ by organ.
- On the way out herbs or a foot soak to keep it going at home.
- Two days later I write to see how you are, sometimes with a qigong exercise.
Not sure which one is yours? Send me a message on WhatsApp and I'll help you choose.

Choose by the problem, not by the element.
The elements are just what I call them. What matters is what each one solves.

You spend the day in your head and only notice your body when it hurts. You lie down and I work layer by layer: we talk before and after, in between you don't have to say a word.
Water
Your head doesn't stop even when your body already has. The vibrations give you one thing to follow until you drop the weight of your thoughts. Closer to a concert than to a therapy.
Air
Half an hour of breath and scent, with essential oils chosen on the day, working the link between the sense of smell, memory and emotion.
Ether
Do you have a doubt about the path you want to take? The cards reveal the questions you've been avoiding, and I help you see what you already know deep down and keep putting off.
Fire
Too many ideas, not enough energy to pick them up, and things that no longer serve you. A ritual of herbs, to release what's blocked and embrace who you really are.

I didn't come to this as a calling.
I came to it needing it.
I worked seven years as a flight attendant, sleeping badly, eating worse and ignoring the body I now take care of. That is also where I received my first massages, as a client: it was always an important moment for me, where I allowed myself to relax. Somewhere in there I lost my mother, and spent a few years burying the grief in work. Yoga, qigong and shamanism were what finally made me stop. I resigned by email the day after I understood that, and went alone to Vietnam and Thailand to learn massage. I spent whole afternoons practising on myself what I now do for other people. That's why I understand the body of someone who arrives here exhausted: I've been her.
AFTER THE SESSION
They talk about two things: the sleep and the surprise.
I don't ask for these later. I ask at the end, with the session still in the body.
“I should have come sooner.” Almost all of them tell me that.
Book the one that sparks the most curiosity. And if you'd rather not decide alone, send me a message on WhatsApp.
