These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Ritual Union. By booking a session, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

- Tarot & Oracle Readings
- Forest Medicines
- Qigong and Energy Practices
These services are wellness-focused and do not replace professional medical treatment or psychological therapy.
3. Bookings & Appointments
All sessions must be booked in advance through this website.
When making a booking, you may be asked to provide the following:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number (optional)
- Service selection
- Preferred date and time
By providing this information, you confirm that it is accurate and up to date.
4. Payments
Payment can be made before the session, via PayPal or Revolut, or in cash on the day. Online payments are processed directly by those third-party providers — this website neither collects nor stores payment data.
I do not store or process your payment information directly.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a partial or full charge of the session fee.
In the event of a no-show or repeated last-minute cancellations, Ritual Union reserves the right to deny future bookings.
6. Health & Safety Disclaimer
My sessions are designed to support holistic wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have a medical condition or are undergoing treatment, consult your healthcare provider before booking a session.
By booking, you confirm that you take full responsibility for your own health during and after the session.
7. Client Conduct
I maintain a safe, respectful and sacred environment for all. Any inappropriate behavior (verbal, physical, or energetic) will result in the immediate termination of the session, with no refund provided.
Ritual Union reserves the right to refuse service to any person at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided (including text, images, brand identity, and session materials) remains the intellectual property of Anica Cortez and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Anica Cortez shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from:
- Your use or misuse of the services;
- Any failure to follow instructions or advice;
- Issues related to third-party services (e.g. Google Calendar, the email delivery service, or payment processors).
Your use of our services is at your own risk.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cascais, Portugal.
