You spend the day in your head and only notice your body when it hurts. You lie down, and I work layer by layer: the surface first, then what sits underneath and takes longer to give. Thai massage, myofascial release and abdominal work, depending on what my hands find. We talk before and we talk after. In between, you don't have to say a word.
- 60 minutes on the table, with nothing to say.
- A herbal foot bath first, to leave the day at the door.
- You leave with one practice to repeat at home.
