Five therapies. Pick the one you're missing.
Each one works on one element and one concrete thing: the body, the head, the emotions, the energy, the direction. Length and price are on all five, so you don't have to ask. If you look at them and still don't know which one is yours, send me a message on WhatsApp.
Body Massage, to reconnect with your body.
You spend the day in your head and only notice your body when it hurts. You lie down, and I work layer by layer: the surface first, then what sits underneath and takes longer to give. Thai massage, myofascial release and abdominal work, depending on what my hands find. We talk before and we talk after. In between, you don't have to say a word.

60 minutes on the table, with nothing to say.
A herbal foot bath first, to leave the day at the door.
You leave with one practice to repeat at home.
Sound Therapy, to drop the weight of your thoughts.
You feel everything at once and file away whatever is inconvenient to deal with later. Later never comes, and your body holds it for you. Here the sound reaches you through the body first: the vibrations give you one thing to follow, until you let go and drop the weight of your own thoughts. It is closer to a concert than to a therapy, and all you have to do is let it in. The playlist is made by me, and you get it before you come. Plenty of people fall asleep halfway through. That is not rude. That is the point.

60 minutes, for deep relaxation.
Let the healing waves carry away the stress and the emotional blocks.
Reconnect with your inner flow and your intuition.
The people who come here are thinking about three hundred things at once. The session is a tidying of the ideas: body, mind and spirit in one place, and you leave more serene than you came.
Aromatherapy, to settle through breath and scent.
Aromatherapy renews the spirit through the power of breath and scent: gentle essential oils that lift your mood and unlock what is stuck. It is the shortest of the five and the one that works on the limbic system, which is our link to memory and emotion. It has been used for centuries alongside anxiety, depression, insomnia and asthma. Half an hour, oils chosen on the day, and one thing happening at a time: breathing with attention and naming what you smell.

30 minutes, a journey to clarity and emotional release.
Feel lighter, and closer to your essence.
A transformative experience that lifts the soul.
Shamanic Therapy, to release what is blocked and embrace who you are.
You have too many ideas and not enough energy to pick any of them up, and you are still carrying things that stopped serving you a while ago, from projects to relationships. This session is a ritual: burning herbs, smoke cleansing and, if you want it, rapé, to release what is blocked and embrace who you really are. I explain all of it before we start, and nothing enters the session that you do not want in it. If the word shamanism makes you raise an eyebrow, good. That can be where curiosity starts, and from here you can learn more with me.

90 minutes, to feel the warmth of transformation.
Find your vitality and your purpose again.
A conversation first, so you know exactly what happens.
I needed this so badly and I didn't know. About 85% of people tell me at the end that they weren't expecting it.
Oracle Reading, to see what you already know and keep putting off.
Do you have a doubt about the path you want to take? Are you not living the way you actually want to? We sit down, we talk, and the cards are there to reveal the questions you have been avoiding. I do not tell you what is going to happen, because I do not predict the future. I help you see what you already know deep down and keep putting off.

60 minutes of conversation, with the cards on the table.
A direction, not a prediction.
Awaken your spirit and embrace who you really are.
If you've read all five and you're still undecided.
That's normal, and you don't have to know. They're five ways of getting to the same place, and the session is built on the day around your body, not around the label left on the booking form. Pick one: if you arrive and feel you need something else, as long as there's time, we adjust. Or send me a message on WhatsApp and I'll tell you which one I'd begin with.
