HOW I WORK

Everything I put into a session, in words that make sense.

I learned these things in different places, and for years I used each one as if it were a separate service. It isn't. This page tells you what each one is, what it does, and why they rarely show up alone. If you already know what you want, the five therapies are on the booking page.

RITUAL UNION

A session is built out of these pieces.

No session uses all of them. I pick the ones that make sense for your body that day, and that's where the name comes from: Ritual Union. If there's one you don't want, say so, and it stays out.

Tarot, Oracles & Forest Medicines
For those who wish to dive into self-knowledge, unblock emotions, and reconnect with their essence.

The order is not fixed either. When someone arrives with their nervous system running flat out, I start by meeting them there and only then begin taking the stimulation away.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

The questions people ask me before they book.

These are the ones that come up most, answered the way I answer them on the phone. If yours isn't here, write to me. I'd rather tell you now if this isn't for you.

You arrive, and the first thing that happens is not therapy at all: it's tea, a conversation and almost always a herbal foot bath. The conversation is there so I can tell what state you're arriving in, and the time shapes itself around the therapy you need. Then you lie down and we work. At the end we talk again, and you leave with a small bag of herbs to carry the ritual on at home. Two days later I write to ask how it went.

Not if you tell me first. What matters most to me is that you feel comfortable and at ease. It doesn't have to be a therapy held in total silence: you can talk, you can ask, you can say something isn't working for you, and I'll change it. The session shapes itself around you, not the other way round. The point is that you leave more relaxed, and more inspired too.

You don't have to know. If you want a suggestion in two minutes, answer the five questions in the questionnaire and I'll tell you where to start. If you'd rather talk it through, send me a message on WhatsApp. And if you pick the wrong one, it's not a problem: the session is built on the day, around your body and not around the label left on the booking form. As long as there's time, we adjust right there.

Body massage, 50 €, 60 minutes. Sound therapy, 60 €, 60 minutes. Personal development and oracle reading, 60 €, 60 minutes. Shamanic therapy, 70 €, 90 minutes. Aromatherapy, 40 €, 30 minutes. On top of those minutes there's the tea when you arrive and the conversation at the end, and afterwards you need time to integrate what happened: don't schedule anything right after.

No, and it is not meant to. I do not work miracles and I do not treat illness. I work with the nervous system and with whatever the body has been holding, and that sits well alongside medical or psychological care, never instead of it. If you are being treated for something, carry on. And tell me anything I should know before you come, from a pregnancy to an injury or medication, so I know what to avoid.

Still something unanswered?

Send me a message on WhatsApp. Ask me anything, and decide afterwards.

THE SPACE

Where I'll be seeing you.

I'll see you at my own space, in Sintra, between the hills and the sea. It's a quiet room: tea when you arrive, a herbal foot bath before we start, and nothing to distract you. It's fifteen minutes from the beach and a few minutes from Estoril. I send you the exact address with your booking confirmation.
